The Matanzas Vocal Artists in Concert
The Matanzas Vocal Artists, directed by Cliff Parrish, are comprised of professional singers in the N. Florida area: Soprano, Haley Kirk; Mezzo-soprano, Emily Heumann; Tenor, Jack G. Sumrall; Bass, Jason Whitfield. They will be accompanied by Clifford Parrish and Thomas Rodgers.
Featured work will be the Spanische Liebeslieder by Robert Schumann, composed of solos, duets, and quartets accompanied by 4-hand piano. Other repertoire will come from art songs from Germany, France, Italy, England and the US.
This free concert will be held in the Waterworks on Saturday, May 3, at 7:30 pm.
