Anna Smith and Rodolfo Diaz join forces to present two movements from Petite Suite composed by Claude Debussy between 1886 and 1889. This suite for four hands was first performed in 1889 by the composer himself. Two movements of the suite will be presented in this concert: the first movement entitled “En Bateau” which depicts a sailing boat and the experience at sea and the fourth movement, “Ballet” which recalls dancing schools at work and includes a beautiful waltz.
